Autumn season just started, have a look at my "A la carte" menu !
 

Over the year, we trust our local producers to benefit from fresh , seasonal ingredients . This allows us , to me and to my team , to constantly create and refine the Alpine cuisine. I want to celebrate the arrival of autumn by offering a new menu full of local products composed of chanterelles , root vegetables , and unavoidable Valais specialties.
